Maritime attorney Carlos Llinás feautured in National Public Radio

On October 6 and 7, 2016, National Public Radio aired its two-part investigation into the proliferation of arbitration agreements in seafarer's contracts. The program, titled: "Troubled Waters. How a Private Justice System Exploits Workers on the High Seas," investigated how a private justice system leads to secrecy and mistreatment of seafarers on the high seas.
